HOW IT WORKS?
The balloon only allows vertical control (rising and descending) by manipulating its internal temperature. The displacement is given by the wind direction, it is not possible to define precisely the route to be taken, this is only calculated and corrected looking for different wind layers to reach places where the landing is done safely.
Flights are carried out at dawn and dusk as these are the times with the mildest temperatures and least susceptible to thermal masses.
Take-offs take place around 6:00 and 16:00 (this may change depending on the time of year)

CANCELLATION
If the flight does not take place for meteorological/technical reasons, the payment will be refunded in full (refund of purchase) or the flight will be rescheduled.
We will keep in touch with the passenger via cell phone message informing the weather conditions and if there are take-off conditions. If there are no conditions, your flight will be CANCELED AND REBOOKED WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
(In addition to wind speed there may be other factors determined by the pilot which, for safety reasons, may cancel the flight.)
