Chalet made of wood located in the headquarters of Ar Livre Ecoturismo with a beautiful view of the Sunset.
The chalet has two floors. There is a fitted kitchen with a wood stove, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed at the bottom.
At the top we have a very large bedroom, with: a double bed and 3 bunk beds with single beds. Totaling accommodation for up to 10 people.

Hosting Rules
Daily hours:
- Daily rates are counted from 4:00 pm and end at 12:00 pm the following day, regardless of the time of entry into the inn;
- If you wish to extend your stay beyond these hours, please check with the reception in advance so that the availability of vacancies can be verified.
Internal Behaviors:
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms;
- Please do not use towels to clean shoes, as washing will be charged;
- Lack of care and misuse that bring damage or loss of objects or any item made available to the guest or that are in any area of the property, the latter is aware of the act of reimbursing the lessor the monetary value of the same at market price;
- We are not responsible for any forgotten or lost object in the common areas of the property, which is under the guest’s full responsibility;
- It is not allowed to hang clothes on the balconies of the accommodation;
- The guest is responsible for leaving the chalet in a perfect state of conservation and in good hygiene conditions, in addition to all sanitary, electrical, hydraulic, locks, windows, taps, drains and other accessories, and must refrain from performing acts that bring damage to the physical structure of the property (walls, floor, ceiling, painting, etc.), being responsible for the reimbursement of the amounts spent for the repair;
- It is not allowed to bring drinks from outside. It will not be allowed to use the refrigerator to chill drinks. (Only upon payment of a fee of R$200.00);
- Loud sound is not allowed at any time of day;
- The chalet must be delivered clean and organized (by checking after handing over the keys), otherwise a cleaning fee of R$100.00 will be charged;
- We kindly ask you to respect the Quiet Time from 22:00 onwards;
- It is not allowed to make a fire in any part of the property.
*We do not provide flame and bathing suits
CHILDREN POLICY:
– Children up to 6 years old do not pay.
– Children aged 7 or over, include an adult when booking.
